Declared as Natural Heritage by UNESCO in 1999, its main attraction is the coast line where birds and sea mammals breed in different natural areas. A paradise where hundreds of whales and thousands of sea lions gather with dolphins, killer whales and millions of penguins and seabirds every year.

Punta Tombo Natural Reserve: Colony of Magellanic Penguins, also considered the biggest continental penguin colony in the world, located 150 km south of Puerto Madryn; a unique place allowing visitors to walk among these cute birds that during the hot months (September to April) come here for breeding.
Scuba diving: Those who love exploring reserves and underwater parks or sunken ships, will find this place just amazing. The clear and calm waters of the Golfo Nuevo Bay make Puerto Madryn an ideal area for this activity.
Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival (airport or bus station), reception and transfer to the selected hotel in Puerto Madryn. Accommodation for 3 nights with breakfast. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 02: Full day visit to Punta Tombo, one of the biggest penguin colonies in the World
Day 03: Depart in the morning heading Peninsula Valdez. (Between June and October Whale watching navigation is usually included).
Day 04: Morning at leisure. At the indicated time transfer to the airport or bus station to head back to Buenos Aires.
